Hi Liam, I have been glued to your books for a week now, very interesting, and well written. I have spent lots of hours trying to implement your advice....but I still wonder if i am doing things right. I am just starting an on-line business selling gifts for people who are going through a rough time after losing both my parents to lung cancer.
